I want to make sure that every customer who owns a piece of my art is 100% satisfied.

If your print or sticker arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, including pictures of damage. I will do my best to resolve the issue for you as quickly as I can. Please contact me within 30 days upon receipt of the order.

Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged items. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. After I have received your returned, undamaged item(s), I will process your refund. Again, please contact me within 30 days upon receipt of the order to process a return.

All originals are shipped directly from my cozy little home studio.

I try to be as eco-friendly as I can be. I use as many repurposed and recycled materials in my packaging as possible. My goal in the near future is to have every inch of my packaging be 100% compostable and/or recyclable.

Each original painting is delicately placed inside a clear eco sealed sleeve that is certified compostable. The original is then wrapped in a 100% recycled acid-free tissue paper to prevent scratching during transportation. I then snuggle it in between two cardboard pads to prevent the original from bending and tie it like a present with a bow made of biodegradable twine. I use a naturally biodegradable alternative to bubble wrap to secure around the cardboard pads and then place the product inside a 100% recycled flat box. Each box is sealed with biodegradable cello tape or with recyclable brown kraft tape and is ready to be shipped!

All originals ship flat, not rolled.

All prints are shipped to you straight from the professional global printing company I use.

A few reasons why I use this drop-shipping technique is so you can get your prints faster and help the environment by reducing carbon emissions while allowing my prints to be accessible internationally.

Prints will be sent in protective, sturdy packaging, and may be shipped rolled or flat, depending on the size of the product.

All stickers ship untracked in stamped letter mail envelopes, including international mail.

All original paintings are hand-signed, dated, and titled on the back of the artwork.

Unfortunately, each print is not physically signed by me due to all of my prints being shipped directly from the printing company to you. Your print may contain a digital signature or no signature at all.

Originals are painted with Uni Posca acrylic paint pens on high quality, 100% pure cotton rag, 300lb cold pressed Kilimanjaro paper. All original paintings come unframed.

I use Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper for all of my prints. Hahnemühle Photo Rag is a heavy-duty (308gsm) matt paper made of 100% cotton rag with a natural white tone and excellent black saturation. This paper produces high-quality print reproductions.

Eco credentials:

- FSC approved or sustainably sourced paper

- Printed using water based inks

- Contains no plastic

Vinyl Sticker Paper:
Printed on a white premium adhesive film with a glossy weather resistant laminate to give your sticker a 2-4 year minimum outdoor life. This means they will hold up in rain, sun, snow, dishwashers, and microwaves. All stickers are printed on a PVC-free film that’s environmentally friendly. Make sure to apply your stickers at a temperate temperature and on a dry surface.
